well, i guess since coach said to, i'm counting my warm-up.  so today was really good, till after our tempo.  the back of my knee starting acting up, but i took care of that with a nice ice bath.  its been awhile since i've iced.  i think todays 14 miler was a lot faster than last week, or at least it seemed like it
